Meet our Colon Therapist
Colonic irrigation gently cleanses the colon by filling and emptying it with warm and cold filtered water. This involves lying relaxed on a table while a trained colon therapist massages the abdomen and varies the water temperature to improve the peristaltic action. The procedure generally lasts 30 to 60 minutes.

Our Method
We use a method established by Dr. Wood which combines a cool and warm water flush with the use of gravity. Dr. Robert A. Wood began his career in Australia, his native land, in 1914. Through fluoroscopy he perfected the use of water to cleanse the colon. Through his research and study, he found that this simple method of bowel cleansing was the most effective and safe way to clean the entire large intestine. This simple technique won him recognition for his work in colonic therapy and is still being taught today at Wood Hygienic Institute in Florida.
